Q: How do I place an order?
A: The easiest way to order from us is
through our website . You may order a catalog that contains our most complete and
up-to-date item as well as an order form. Our website is equipped
with a "shopping cart" system
that allows you to quickly order the items you select. You can give
your credit card number there (Your card number is secure as our
server software encrypts all of your information -- many people
order this way every day.)
Q: What method of payment can I use when
ordering from you ?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal checks. Keep in mind
we cannot place your order in our system until we have a payment of
some sort, so when sending a check, please be aware that your order
will not ship until it is received. Foreign orders: credit card or
international money orders only please.
Q: How safe is my Credit Card online?
A: We have never had any problem with credit card fraud
in house or with the Internet. It has statistically been proven that
it is much safer to use your credit card on the Internet with
websites that have secure encryption technology (like ours) than to
use it in a department store or restaurant.
Q: When Can I Expect My order after I
place an order?
A: All orders are shipped within two - fourteen hobbyist days after
payment is received and funds have cleared our bank and/or merchant
account unless told otherwise. We ship via US
Postal Service. We will ship Priority Mail or USPS upon
request, which takes 2-5 hobbyist days. The cost will vary depending on your location. Generally shipping for a
one pound package is $3.95. If your order is larger, your order will
be shipped UPS Ground which also takes 2-5 days. You can always
expedite your order with second day air or overnight delivery. The
information expressed above does not apply to international mail.
During Holidays expect delays from two to four weeks.
Q: What happens if you are sold out of an
item I am interested in?
A: That does not happen with our candles. Candles are made to order.
Occasionally the demand for an item is extremely high and
outpaces our supply. We do not charge your card for backordered
items until they are sent and there are no extra shipping costs.
Q: Are our wicks lead free?
A: Yes our wicks are lead free.
Q: Do you offer free shipping
A: Yes. Orders shipped within the US on some items are offered with
free
ground shipping. Offer is not valid for club memberships.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be happy with your purchase! Unfortunately we
do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any item. If you are not satisfied with your initial
candle product purchase you can reorder any other candle we
make at 10% off
regular pricing. Kindly enclose a copy of the invoice
and the reason you are not satisfied. We use customer comments to make
sure that items are accurately described and refine our selections.

Q: How do I know you received my internet
order?
A: After placing an order from our website, you will be sent a
confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you do not receive a
confirmation within an hour or two of your purchase order please
contact by phone or email.
Q: Do I have to pay tax?
A: Yes. .
Q: Can I order over the Phone?
A: Yes. You may fax your order to 760-734-1906. We are only able to service
